Mr. Saleh is responsible for strategic management consulting delivery, development and implementation of the business objectives of the management consulting practice department. He has over sixteen years of hands-on experience in general management, marketing and sales management, business development, strategy, and building organizations. Mr. Saleh worked for companies in the capital markets, telecommunications, and consultancy industries. During that time span, he delivered numerous consulting jobs in strategy, marketing & sales management, and business development to companies in the telecoms, IT, real estate, and energy sectors on both the local and multinational levels.
Mr. Saleh is a business graduate of Cairo University and obtained his MBA from Ecole Superieure Libre des Sciences Commercial Appliquees.
Ms. Mishriky is an organizational development and human resource management consultant, with excellent expertise in organizational audits and training needs assessments, specifically for SMEs, NGOs and government institutions. A certified management trainer, she conducts consultancy and training projects for strategic planning, HR management, project management, technical assistance and others. Ms. Mishriky holds an MBA from the University of Durham (UK) and a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University.
Ms. El Sahly has over 5 years of diversified experience in the fields of organization development, market research, human resource development and strategy consulting. She has extensive research and development experience in a variety of industries including governmental and private sector clients. Ms. El Sahly is a graduate of Political Economy from the American University in Cairo with a minor in Mass Communication.
Ms. Rashed is a marketing communications expert. She works on developing and managing public relations and communications strategies including brand awareness, media relations and events/publications management. Her specialty in public awareness and outreach campaigns for environmental, economic and social development has been valuable to the firm. Ms. Rashed has a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and a Masters degree in Public Administration.
Ms. Shata holds a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Integrated Marketing Communication from the American University in Cairo. She has vast experience in research and consumer behavior in a wide range of industries. Her interpersonal skills have leveraged her relationships with traditional and non-traditional media in Egypt and the region.
Ms. Saleh has diverse experience in developing public relations and marketing communications strategies, where she is involved in both planning and executing communication activities for clients from different sectors. She is a graduate of the American University in Cairo, where she studied Journalism and Mass Communications and minored in Business Administration, in addition to completing an International Advertising Diploma. She holds a Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Bath, England.
Mr. Maher's project management talents are in the realms of community-based development, grass roots project activation and managing governorate-wide education and development programs in Southern Egypt. His expertise includes mobilizing communities and organizing them into homegrown community development associations, as well as intricate hands-on coaching, community needs assessment evaluation and training community development workers. Mr. Maher is a member of governorate-wide education teams in El-Minya, led by the education directorate, which represents multiple stakeholders.
Mr. Shaker manages networks of implementing partners in many of CID's projects, examples of his work are the Non-formal Education Project for marginalized children in Cairo, the 10th of Ramadan Industrial City girls' education project in El-Minya and a Solid Waste Project in South Sinai. Mr. Shaker holds a Diploma in Solid Waste Management and Project Management from WEDC Institute, Loughborough University (UK).
Ms. Beshara is responsible for planning and organizing training activities and handles communication with NGOs. She also conducts in-field project activities and certain aspects of research projects and the material development process. Ms. Beshara reconciles accounts and submits accurate accounting documentation to the finance department. Ms. Beshara is a graduate of Economics, with a minor in Statistics, from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science.
Ms. Shehata provides support in the coordination of all business development activities related to the public and private sectors as well as donor related projects. She has experience in research in the consultancy field and has been exposed to a multitude of projects that fall within CIDs three core areas of focus. Ms. Shehata holds a BSc in Physics with a minor in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo.
Ms. El Ahwal assists in all business development activities; with public and private sectors, in addition to donor related projects. She has wide experience in social development projects, both in Egypt and internationally. Ms. El Ahwal holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science with a double specialization in Political Economy & International Law, and a minor in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.
