Dr. Kamel is an education and development specialist who offers
in depth local knowledge and hands-on expertise plus wide ranging international
exposure as a result of consulting for UNESCO, USAID, UNDP and many others. Dr.
Kamel's background includes studies in economics, political science and
business in Cairo, as well as Near-Eastern studies and International education
development at Berkeley and Columbia Universities. Committed to an integrated,
grass-roots approach to development, Dr.Kamel has helped devise innovative and
highly successful programs addressing a range of community concerns.

Hisham Fahmy
Board Member
Mr. Fahmy's high-profile career centers on institution building,
communication and human resource development in the private sector. Mr.Fahmy is
the former GM and current Executive Director for AMCHAM, an organization whose
vitality and professionalism has made it the model business association of the
region. Mr.Fahmy also served as Deputy Director of the Egyptian Center for
Economic Studies and is currently in leadership positions for a variety of
private sector enterprises. Due to the breadth of his experience, Mr. Fahmy
holds a prominent position among those who have contributed to significant
upgrades in Egypt's business environment.

Dalia Wahba, CMC CID's Communications and Development
Director
Ms. Wahba's background covers communication and management
development. She has designed and implemented a number of private sector
development plans, corporate affairs and communication strategies for national
and international non-profit organizations in Egypt and abroad. In addition,
Ms. Wahba participated extensively in business association management in Egypt
and has managed major fund-raising campaigns that benefited a number of
community development causes. Ms. Wahba is a holder of the Certification of
Management Consultancy from the Institute of Management Consultancy, UK.
