Consulting Assistant – Marketing Communications

Main activities

Support in conducting research required for the development of marketing communication strategies and in the implementation of the different communication tactics including but not limited to media monitoring and analysis, events organizations and management, publications production and other marketing communications activities.

Projects Coordinator

Main Activities

Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects

Tracking project progress, issues, risks and reports as appropriate. Monitoring project and tasks schedules and milestones

Lead Consultant

Main Activities

Oversee the overall implementation of consultancy services expected to be delivered to beneficiaries;
Divide beneficiaries in groups and each group will be assigned to a Lead Consultant;
Conduct diagnostic studies, benchmarking, recommend business development/upgrading plans, and develop programs for companies in different functional areas under his/her responsibility;
Work closely with the PMU to select and assign the appropriate international/national specialized consultants;
Manage the assigned specialized consultants in their areas of specialization;
Monitor all activities related to the assigned companies, and reporting to the Project Management Unit (PMU);
Mentor and couch both companies' engagement teams and the consultants;
Contribute to the development of the exit strategy;
Briefing, introducing, and monitoring the performance of consultants/experts and ensuring the completion of assignments along with the required documentation;
Assure the implementation of the approved upgrade plans for each company and the handover of all activities to the PMU.

Requirements:

Management consultant with at least (10) years experience;
Strong background in the IT/ITES sector
Strong experience in strategic planning, business development and upgrading, developing business upgrading plans, and implementing/supervising the implementation of business upgrading programs
Strong Project Management experience (PMP is preferable)
Good knowledge of IT business and export development needs and activities
Experience in mentoring and coaching top and middle management during the implementation of business development programs is preferable

Projects Basis Opportunities

TVET Expert

Main Activities

Undertake short term assignments in the following sectors (Construction and Civil Engineering, Tourism, Printing, Leather and Chemical) to perform the one or more of the following:

Conduct training needs assessment for relevant industry
Evaluation and audit of related TVET training providers
Develop, design and implement TVET training programs

Requirements:

Relevant qualification and AT LEAST 10 years proven work experience in TVET
Proven experiences in working with professionals associations and chambers, HRD activities and institutional/capacity building
Proven experience in institutional/capacity building respective private-pubic partnership, TVET activities including M&E of training
Methodology in design, implement and analysis micro level TNA and to formulate of sector HRD/TVET strategies to improve the productivity and development of demand driven training as a basis for PPP
Proven experience in one of the following sectors: Tourism or Construction or Civil engineering or Printing or Chemical or Leather
Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic

Process Re-Engineering Consultant

Main Activities

Work on telecom operations process optimization.
Provide process re-engineering consultancy to telecom operator
Provide consultancy in KPIs and OSS
Project duration: 13 months

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree; Telecom Engineering with over 8-10 years of experience.
Telecom Operations Expert.
Strong experience in operations process re-engineering, KPIs, OSS tools;
Experience with fixed telecom operator is preferred;
Fluency in English Language, both written and spoken;

Willing to travel within Egypt.

Specialized Consultant

Main Activities

Participate in the development of the business upgrading plan of each company assigned to him/her;
Prepare the detailed implementation plan/processes of the areas of specialization;
Develop and execute the day-to-day work plans for each company;
Work closely with the assigned company's' engagement team;
Report to the lead consultant the progress of the BUP implementation per each company;
Follow up and monitor the implementation of the activities assigned for each company in his/her area of specialization

The Specialized Consultant will work on a short term/assignment basis and not full time
