Dr. Kamel is an Education and Development Specialist, who offers a compelling combination of in-depth knowledge and international exposure as a result of providing consultancy services for UNESCO, USAID, UNDP and many others. Committed to an integrated, grass roots approach to development; she has helped CID clients in devising highly successful programs which address a range of community concerns. Dr. Kamel's academic background includes studies in Economics, Political Science and Business in Cairo, also Near-Eastern studies and International Education Development at the University of California (Berkeley, USA) and Columbia University (New York, USA).

Hisham Fahmy
Board Member
As a pillar to CID Consulting, Mr. Fahmy brings significant perspective and talent in institution building, communication and human resource development with the Private sector. Mr. Fahmy is the current Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), an organization whose vitality and professionalism has made it the model business association of the region. Mr. Fahmy served as Deputy Director of the Egyptian Center for Economic Studies and serves on the board of a variety of private enterprises. He is duly recognized for his prominent contribution to important advances in Egypt's business environment.

Dalia Wahba, CMC
CID's Communications and Development Director
Ms. Wahba is a founding member of CID Consulting and contributes more than 15 years of expertise in management of the company. She is largely involved in designing and managing public awareness and outreach programs as well as marketing communications strategy development for private sector and multinational companies in Egypt in diverse sectors. Ms. Wahba is influential in Business Association management in Egypt assembling considerable fundraising campaigns for Community Development causes. She is appointed by the American Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Governors to co-chair the AmCham Marketing Committee, since 2007. Ms. Wahba is a certified management consultant from the Institute of Management Consultancy (UK). She also holds diplomas in Integrated Marketing Communications, Journalism and Mass Communication and Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.
